St. Kate's first radio station is live and ready for prime time.

It's here. On campus, in Minnesota and everywhere.

This fall, St. Kate's launched Radio Here, an online radio station that features music selected by students, faculty and community members. Ringing true to its homonym, you can "hear" Radio Here anywhere you have Internet access: radiohere.stkate.edu.

The station began as the brainchild of alumna Annette Dias '10 and Communications Professor Joshua Haringa. The two worked for a year to develop their plan before the project was ready for launch.

Community members can share music, and students can gain experience in the daily workings of a radio station: selecting content, making business decisions, managing workers and producing shows.

"There's no limit for where I see this going," Haringa says. Students, alumnae, faculty and staff members can get in on
